O espazo pasou de ser un recuncho de proxectos acad\u00e9micos a converterse nun escaparate profesional de primeiro nivel a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para comprender este fito e descubrir o plan mestre para o futuro, sent\u00e1monos con <strong>Antonio &quot;Tono&quot; Gund\u00edn<\/strong>. Membro hist\u00f3rico de <strong>Xogos Ax\u00f3uxere<\/strong> (creadores de t\u00edtulos como <em>Escudo Planetario<\/em> ou a saga <em>Bola trampa<\/em> desde 2012) e editora en <em>Xogo<\/em>, Tono \u00e9 agora o motor da escena indie no norte da comunidade aut\u00f3noma. Pero os comezos foron moi diferentes, non si? Como lembras os primeiros tempos do espazo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ton de Gundin:<\/strong>&nbsp;Cando comezamos a zona de desenvolvemento independente estabamos&nbsp;<strong>s\u00f3 tres desenvolvedores: Akkados Estudios, Demon Koffee e Ax\u00f3uxere Games.<\/strong> Durante os primeiros anos, sempre eramos os mesmos tres porque nos co\u00f1ec\u00edamos todos. Lembro que naquel ent\u00f3n hab\u00eda o estudio de&nbsp;<em>Estudio de gatos salvaxes<\/em>&nbsp;activo; convid\u00e1molos a vir, a\u00ednda que finalmente non puideron asistir. Nos seus inicios, foi un evento moi pequeno, centrado principalmente en estudios da cidade, e naquel momento a escena indie a\u00ednda non se v\u00eda como algo que puidese atraer ou interesar a estudios de todo o pa\u00eds. Ent\u00f3n, eses tres equipos quedaron s\u00f3s, intentando con persistencia asegurar o espazo ata 2015. Para n\u00f3s en Ax\u00f3uxere Games, todo ese per\u00edodo serviu como un trampol\u00edn profesional, coloc\u00e1ndonos a todos noutras \u00e1reas da industria. Tivemos \u00e9xito, atopamos o noso lugar e nese momento dix\u00e9monos:&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&quot;Ben, non imos enterrar a Zona Indie, pero imos po\u00f1ela en espera.&quot;\u00bb<\/em>. Deixei o proxecto a\u00ed, e a realidade \u00e9 que non houbo estudos na feira durante un tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VG: A pandemia foi un punto de inflexi\u00f3n moi dif\u00edcil para a sociedade, pero no teu caso serviu como unha fa\u00edsca para reavivar a chama do desenvolvemento\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TG:<\/strong> Absolutamente. Durante o confinamento, a xente do sector comezou a dicir: <em>\u00ab&quot;Ola rapaces, que che parece se nos xuntamos, volvemos a gozar disto e xogamos alg\u00fans xogos durante a pandemia?&quot;\u00bb<\/em>. E as\u00ed foi. De feito, ese xogo en particular a\u00ednda est\u00e1 a\u00ed e a\u00ednda est\u00e1 sen rematar. <em>(risas)<\/em>, Pero deunos a motivaci\u00f3n que necesitabamos para comezar de novo. A partir de a\u00ed, a Zona Indie comezou a avanzar de novo con moita forza. As universidades apareceron en escena, comezamos a ter programas de formaci\u00f3n oficial substanciais aqu\u00ed na Coru\u00f1a, como o M\u00e1ster en Videoxogos, e todo o talento da escena xuvenil comezou a flu\u00edr libremente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2500\u2500\u2500 O CAMBIO DE MENTALIDADE NA XESTI\u00d3N \u2500\u2500\u2500<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VG: Ao comezo desta volta, a asociaci\u00f3n Koffi Games estaba a cargo da \u00e1rea antes de que Manu (Manuel Otero) e ti asumises a coordinaci\u00f3n. Ti\u00f1an unha visi\u00f3n moi centrada no estudante. Cal era a t\u00faa visi\u00f3n neste sentido?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TG:<\/strong>&nbsp;Quero aclarar algo: a organizaci\u00f3n anterior de Koffi Games fixo un gran traballo e conseguiu constru\u00edr un alumnado moi forte. Centraban a s\u00faa atenci\u00f3n principalmente neles. E mira, iso \u00e9 xenial para os estudantes, pero un evento centrado unicamente niso non consegue chamar a atenci\u00f3n sobre as cousas que a industria en Galicia realmente necesita.&nbsp;<strong>financiamento, publicidade, provedores e garantir que o evento medre de forma sostible.<\/strong>&nbsp;En definitiva, os estudantes son o futuro, a reserva de talentos, a promesa da industria. A min mesmo enc\u00e1ntame ver o que est\u00e1n a facer e an\u00edmanlles encarecidamente a que o publiquen finalmente en plataformas comerciais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u2b50 O IMPACTO NA CANTEIRA<br>\u00ab&quot;Hai estudantes aqu\u00ed que, ao ver que o seu proxecto espertou un interese p\u00fablico real, foron animados a traballar nel e finalmente publicalo. Se non estivesen na Zona de Desenvolvemento Independente, ser\u00eda s\u00f3 unha tarefa de clase.&quot; \u2014 Tono Gund\u00edn<br><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VG: Esa validaci\u00f3n do p\u00fablico nunha feira comercial real cambia por completo a mentalidade dun desenvolvedor novo\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TG:<\/strong> Esa \u00e9 a beleza da Zona Indie! Moitos proxectos, por desgraza, nunca chegan a rematarse, pero outros, grazas a esta plataforma, si chegan ao mercado comercial. Se non tivesen estado expo\u00f1endo aqu\u00ed esta fin de semana, probablemente nunca o ter\u00edan feito. Ter\u00eda quedado s\u00f3 como un proxecto de clase. Estar aqu\u00ed directamente ax\u00fadalles a lanzar as s\u00faas carreiras profesionais cunha introduci\u00f3n impecable ao mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2500\u2500\u2500 DOS &quot;\u00daLTIMOS 15 D\u00cdAS&quot; \u00c1 LISTA DE ESPERA \u2500\u2500\u2500<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VG: Para dar ese salto profesional do que falas, a organizaci\u00f3n interna do evento tivo que sufrir unha profunda reestruturaci\u00f3n, non si?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TG:<\/strong>&nbsp;Absolutamente. A direcci\u00f3n anterior de Koffi Games trat\u00e1bao como algo m\u00e1is pequeno, cun perfil m\u00e1is baixo, pero neste sector&nbsp;<strong>Temos que ser un pouco m\u00e1is ambiciosos<\/strong>. Necesitamos que A Coru\u00f1a e Galicia te\u00f1an unha presenza moito m\u00e1is forte no mapa nacional. Antes, todo o mundo agardaba ata as d\u00faas \u00faltimas semanas para comezar a organizar todo o evento indie. E ti\u00f1a claro que isto ti\u00f1a que cambiar por completo para esta edici\u00f3n de 2026. A mi\u00f1a idea orixinal era asegurar os 40 estudios actuais para agora. Non obstante, na campa\u00f1a anterior, a Manu e a min non nos deron data l\u00edmite para organizar ata setembro. Para a edici\u00f3n desta fin de semana, tomamos unha postura: en vez de esperar ata o \u00faltimo minuto,&nbsp;<strong>Comezamos a abrir os per\u00edodos de matr\u00edcula para os estudos en xaneiro.<\/strong>. O resultado? Un mes e medio antes da feira, ti\u00f1amos as prazas reservadas. Non quedaba nin un s\u00f3 partido e ti\u00f1amos xente en lista de espera. Cal \u00e9 o seguinte paso para o evento do 21 e 22 de novembro de 2026?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TG:<\/strong>&nbsp;O seguinte paso, coa vista posta xa no evento de novembro, \u00e9&nbsp;<strong>chegar a 50 estudos de exposici\u00f3n<\/strong>. Para garantir un proceso sen problemas, abriremos o prazo de inscrici\u00f3n a finais de xullo e pecharemos definitivamente dous meses antes do evento. Isto permitiranos facer unha selecci\u00f3n m\u00e1is organizada, planificar mellor a asignaci\u00f3n de espazos e avisar con antelaci\u00f3n aos estudios seleccionados para que poidan preparar as s\u00faas demostraci\u00f3ns e, o m\u00e1is importante, planificar as s\u00faas viaxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VG: Como se xestionar\u00e1 esa selecci\u00f3n para que o crecemento non deixe f\u00f3ra o talento local?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TG:<\/strong>&nbsp;A\u00ednda non sabemos como ser\u00e1 a situaci\u00f3n en novembro; a\u00ednda \u00e9 cedo. Pero se recibimos un n\u00famero moi elevado de solicitudes, teremos que aplicar certos criterios para manter un equilibrio dentro da Zona de Desenvolvemento Indie. Queremos que haxa espazo para todo tipo de perf\u00eds: desde estudantes e proxectos emerxentes ata estudos m\u00e1is consolidados con maior traxectoria. Se non mantemos ese equilibrio, corremos o risco de que os estudos m\u00e1is consolidados ocupen todo o espazo, deixando aos estudantes ou equipos m\u00e1is pequenos sen esa oportunidade de visibilidade, que pode ser moi importante para eles. Ademais, un dos nosos principais obxectivos para novembro \u00e9 crear un espazo espec\u00edfico para distribuidores dentro da propia Zona de Desenvolvemento Indie. A\u00ednda \u00e9 cedo para anunciar nada concreto, porque a\u00ednda estamos traballando niso, pero esperamos ter m\u00e1is novas pronto. Galicia ten moito que ofrecer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2500\u2500\u2500 ADEUS \u2500\u2500\u2500<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este plan director sobre a mesa e as ideas m\u00e1is claras que nunca, \u00e9 evidente que o futuro do sector non depende da sorte, sen\u00f3n do traballo estrat\u00e9xico e da paix\u00f3n insaciable de figuras como Tono. Coordinar o despregamento de 40 estudios individualmente mentres se atend\u00eda \u00e1 prensa e se pul\u00edan os detalles dunha feira desta magnitude \u00e9, nas s\u00faas propias palabras, unha aut\u00e9ntica loucura de fin de semana; unha marat\u00f3n extrema que o propio Tono despachou no backstage cun en\u00e9rxico e inesquecible... <strong>\u00ab&quot;Durmiremos o luns!&quot;\u00bb<\/strong>. Grazas a este nivel de dedicaci\u00f3n e a unha ambici\u00f3n que inspira a toda a comunidade, o sector dos videoxogos en Galicia est\u00e1 a demostrar estar m\u00e1is vivo, vibrante e forte ca nunca.
